# Cannot pull up Screenly's web interface

I just finished installing the dev version via terminal and am not able to go to Screenly’s ip address. It says " This site can’t be reached  
**192.168.0.108** refused to connect."

It worked fine before I upgraded to the dev version. Do I need to manually turn it on in terminal or something?

Hard to say without logs. `docker-compose logs` should hopefully provide some clarity.
