Hi guys,
I’m really new to Screenly. Currently I’m working on an university project called digital signage based user targeted advertising. Here I’m going to use rpi camera module to implement the user targeting part. (it will predict user age and gender using OpenCV) Can I use Screenly OSE to implement my project. Please help.

Sure, Screenly will help you with the playback, but you still need to write a lot of code. Basically, you need to write code that uses Tensorflow/OpenCV etc to detect and then fire off an API call to Screenly to change the content.
