Good morning, I have 5 images (assets) and it stops on one image for more than 10 minutes, I have everything configured for 10 seconds and it changes. Does this happen to anyone? Do you know how I can fix it? ---

@VeroMM19, while I’m investigating the issue, can you provide the following: - Raspberry Pi hardware version - Anthias version (e.g. master@270e0cd) - OS (Raspberry Pi OS Lite or Balena) - Internet connectivity (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) - Screenshots or screencasts of the issue - Please provide the screenshot of the web UI as well. - It could be that the asset is enabled (the switch toggled on), but it’s still in the _Inactive Assets_ section. - If your device runs Raspberry Pi OS Lite, can you provide the viewer and the server logs? I tried replicating it on a device that’s closely similar to yours (a Pi 3 B+, Rev 1.3). but still can’t see the issue on my end. - Can you provide a screenshot of your web UI? - Can you provide viewer and server logs? You can run the following commands: ```bash cd ~/screenly docker compose logs -ft anthias-viewer anthias-server ``` ---

I couldn’t upload screenshots, it won’t let me, it gives me an error. @VeroMM19 Uploading video assets that’s roughly 300 MB should still be fine. You can try uploading video that’s less than ~100 MB to see if it works. As for the screenshots of the web UI, you can send them to me at [nicomiguelino2014@gmail.com](mailto:nicomiguelino2014@gmail.com). ---

It already works correctly for me. I have uploaded another video, and with the Wifi I have configured it. Thank you very much for the help.
