Hello! I am interested in launching Screenly OSE on other platforms such as PC. Is it possible? What needs to be changed?
Question is: What is your definition of “PC”?
Raspberry is a quite fine personal computer.
If you want to spend extra money on unneeded hardware you could build a PC yourself and install Linux and screenly, but why should you want to spend that extra money and time?
