Screenly on Debian

Has anyone successfully got Screenly to work on Debain Raspberry Pi Desktop. This is NOT a Raspi machine, it is a Lenovo running Debian Raspberry Pi desktop. And I am running into a few issues with the install. Would be interesting to know if it has been done before, or if I am wasting my time trying to get it to work.

Thanks,

It’s not something that is officially supported. There is a very stale branch available, but it is far behind the current state.

Good news, this is officially supported now. Anthias runs on standard x86 PCs, not just the Raspberry Pi, so you can install it on a regular Linux machine by following the x86 install instructions. Marking this as solved. If you run into trouble on your specific setup, let us know the details and we will help.
