Good news (or bad news I guess) - I have been able to re-produce this issue. It wasn’t till 24 hours after I rebuilt (and several reboots) that I started to see the issue again. I am using a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2 and am on master@8d74226. I will gather the requested logs. Standby
