Assets Playlist

Hi everybody :slight_smile: this is an idea for future development that came up from my situation, where I’m using Screenly OSE.

I like the assets to be played more than once in the asset queue (for ex. flashnews to be every third asset ) Instead of re-adding them to the queue it would be nice to have assets numbered (Asset library) and have some kind of an easy playlist, where you can set the asset queue: 1, 2, 3, 1, 4, 5, 1, 6, 7 …etc (1 would be Flashnews or Logo or something you want to be seen more by the viewer). It would be really nice and makes sense for a lot of options of repeating/changing one asset in a queue etc… And in this scenario an asset in a playlist would be automatically activated of course.

Thanks for sharing the idea, sounds good to me. It’s like adding the asset in a variable and then re-arranging and using the variable in the playlist.
