Management page "took too long to respond"

When I try accessing my management page, it gives me the following error:

xxx.xx.xx.xxx took too long to respond.

I’m using Chrome, internet connection is working, and my coworker on the same network can pull up the page fine.

Is this a permissions issue? Any insight on what to check is appreciated. Thanks!

Can you provide some more information on the installation?

Hello! So, some specs on the setup that were shared with me:

  • It is on a Raspberry Pi device
  • There is no login to manage this display board
  • Data is pulled from a folder on our agency’s shared drive
  • All times when scheduling an asset is based off of UTC, but when set it should be shown in EST in the schedule overview

SOLVED

It was a permissions/security issue as suspected. Coworker realized they needed to SSH in to add my machine to authorized list.
