Screenly vs Screenly Anthias

Hello,

I am running a version of the open source Screenly (To my understanding, is Anthias) and a version of the Cloud Screenly. However, I’m not seeing how the cloud screenly is cloud based? It’s functioning similar to the open sourced version, where it is managed at the device rather than in a centralized cloud dashboard. I am also unsure of whether or not it is paid for (No documentation for this at the organization I am a part of), is it possible that this is an old version of Screenly that has been grandfathered in or something?

Screenly Version : master@fcf603e

Screenly to Anthias was a rebranding after Screenly developed into a paywalled branch that allows for centralized management of multiple devices, set scheduled times for slides (anthias and old screenly only lets you select duration), and a few other features. You will have the functionality to manage it locally no matter which version you are on.

While open source would only allow you to manage from your local network, the paid version would allow you the addition of being able to manage it directly from the screenly website from anywhere as long as it had internet access. Screenly Version : master@ makes me thinks it is the old open-source version. Do you see Try the commercial version of Screenly. advertised at the bottom of your assets screen?
