The Best Ways to Configure Screenly on Several Displays

Hey everyone,

I just starting to use Screenly & I am putting it up on several screens for my company. I was wondering if anyone has some tips or best practices for managing multiple screens with Screenly. My goal is to display a combination of images videos & even some live data dashboards on several screens at once.

What Is the best way to keep everything synced and ensure the content runs smoothly on all the displays without any hitches?? Also, how do you manage the content remotely?? Should I be using the Pro version for more features or is the free version good enough for this kind of setup?

As well, I found these resources when doing research on this; https://forums.screenly.io/t/screenly-on-balenacloud-not-start-displayingminitab if anyone have any resources, tutorials or personal experiences please share with me, It would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you…….

@elowendf, Screenly’s free and open source digital signage solution, now called Anthias, is a good fit if you’re okay with managing displays separately. You can manage them via a web interface. You can use Anthias’ (formerly Screenly OSE) REST API and write a code/scripts that calls it and syncs the contents.

Screenly (formerly called Screenly Pro) is perfect if you want to manage multiple screens via a single web interface.
