I install Anthias by: bash <(curl -sL https://install-anthias.srly.io)
I would like to know how can i stop Anthias and display my raspberry Pi OS (bookworm) desktop and if i want to start Anthias i can start by command.

No, this isn’t a supported use case. Just grab another SD card and run them on different SD cards.
