Ways to configure Screen?

Hello,

I am taking my first steps with Anthias and encountering some issues.

My goal is to display metrics provided by a website.

I have installed Anthias on an x86 machine running Debian and followed all the steps outlined on the setup page.

The PC is connected via VGA to an older TV.

During startup, I can see the Anthias logo, but instead of being centered on the screen, it appears on the right side. Additionally, the webpage I want to display is not rendered correctly.

What steps can I take to resolve these issues?

Thank you
Djkroko

@Djkroko,

  • Could you provide a screenshot of the Anthias logo appearing on the right side (so that I can determine how far the content is being displayed to the right)?
    • If there’s nothing that we could do (config-wise), we could try adding a setting for shifting the display in certain ways (for instance, shifting to the left).
  • Could you send me over the link the you added that’s not being displayed properly?
    • You could send me the link as a direct message if it’s private.
    • If possible, you could provide the screenshot of how the webpage’s being displayed.

Thanks.

So this is the Logo Position

This is the Website I try to display, it has few different sections

The Resolution of the TV is 1024x768

And this is how the Website looks on my PC

@Djkroko, thanks for providing the screenshots. About the website, is it all black and white, or was it just censored for privacy?

It is just for this post censored for privacy.

@Djkroko, thanks. I don’t have a 1024x768 display that supports VGA to test the issue (so that I could replicated it), but let me check if I could have Anthias control the screen size. I’ll get back to you whenever possible.
