Appreciate all you do and reluctant to pose an “if only” sort of question. But the Pi 3A+ has the same power as a 3b+ without the extra USB sockets and ethernet in favour of WiFi only. Seems ideal for a screenly setup. We are a charity looking to display 6 or so displays so the cost savings would be appreciated.
I’d think it’s possible to run it on the new Pi 3A+. I don’t have one to test with, but get one and give it a spine.
sorry for bumping an old thread but just wanted to comment and let people know that the Raspberry Pi 3 Model A+ does work. the wifi was a little annoying to set up and took a couple of tries [flashed the card 2-3 times] but it’s been working fine for a couple of weeks now.
Hey ,
