The assets only let me put it manually. I can’t put “for ever”.
Does something similar happen to you?
@VeroMM19, similar to what I posted here, would you be able to provide details while I’m investigating the issue?
Meanwhile, you can click the button for editing an asset (pen icon) and change the Play for field (which is a drop-down) from “Manual” to “Forever”.
Hello, When I change from manual to for ever, and save, it is not saved, manual appears again.
@VeroMM19, does your Edit Asset form look like the following?
At first glance, it looks Manual, but you can notice that the end date is set to mm/dd/9999, which is similar to playing the asset forever.
