@VeroMM19, while I’m investigating the issue, can you provide the following:
- Raspberry Pi hardware version
- Anthias version (e.g. master@270e0cd)
- OS (Raspberry Pi OS Lite or Balena)
- Internet connectivity (Ethernet or Wi-Fi)
- Screenshots or screencasts of the issue
- Please provide the screenshot of the web UI as well.
- It could be that the asset is enabled (the switch toggled on), but it’s still in the Inactive Assets section.
- If your device runs Raspberry Pi OS Lite, can you provide the viewer and the server logs? Details can be found here.
