Hey all,
I have an official 7 touch screen that suddenly stopped working. I’m reseating the cables multiple times, but I still get a white screen on boot. I even tested a different LCD to rule out the display, but it shows the same white screen.
Is there a way to test the driver board? Should I try getting a new driver board to see if the LCDs are still good?
@mercy-joyce, I’d like to ask for the following details:
- Raspberry Pi Hardware Version (e.g., Raspberry Pi 4 Model B)
- How did you install Anthias?
- Did you use the online installer for your Pi running Raspberry Pi OS Lite? or
- Did you flash your micro-SD card with the pre-build images from BalenaHub or from the Raspberry Pi Imager?
Given the details that you’ve provided, it might be a general Raspberry Pi issue, or it might be not, so I asked for details.
Thanks.
