Full White Screen Shows Flickering & Zoom Room Switching Issues

Hi guys,

Blank white full screen reveals occasional flickering on one of my Zoom Room displays. I have two Zoom Rooms with Digital Signage showing a video on loop, but one screen randomly switches between the default screen and digital signage. The flickering is most noticeable during these transitions.

Has anyone faced similar issues or found a solution? any ideas?

@evelyn-freya, I’d like to ask the following questions:

  • What type of device are you using? Is it a Raspberry Pi device or a generic x86 device (for instance, PC)?
    • If it’s a Raspberry Pi, what specific model are you using?
  • What’s the format of the video that you are playing?
  • What version of Anthias are you using? Did you install Anthias on top of Raspberry Pi OS/Debian or did you use a pre-built image (which is in BalenaOS)?
