This morning we noticed our signage was not loading. I SSH’ed into them, ran updates and rebooted. None of them will load a Google Slide (that has a URL shortener from cutt.ly)
If I upload an image, Anthias has no problem displaying it, but once I try to show the Slide it just doesn’t do anything. It continues to display the static image asset even if I disable it and enable the slide asset.
@dfoley, let me take a look at this one. I’ll keep you posted if I see something unusual.
I think it’s cutt.ly having issues. I created a different redirect URL with my domain and it’s loading fine.

Is there a recommended way to clear the cache of a Google slide?
We could add a setting in the web UI that enables users choose whether to enable or disable cache for a certain content. I would like to hear your thoughts.
