Can ping but not connect to screenly

Hey guys

Lately I have a problem with a screenly installed raspberry where every now and then theres just a blackscreen and the screenly doesn’t work.

So I try to connect to the screenly device, but that is almost impossible.
Pinging the device looks alright but I can’t connect to it due to timeout.

Anyone having similar issues?
I have a Raspberry PI 3 B+ and because this problem occurs often I installed experimental branch of Screenly OSE.

When I am able to connect to the rasberry (which happens very rarely) every command I type takes 1-2 minutes. Like simple “ls” or “cd” commands.

Hi @RomanCrossIT ,

Since you are using Raspberry PI 3 B+, Can you confirm you are using the right power supply? Raspberry Pi recommended one is 5.1V, 2.5A.

and another situation is low speed and bad quality SD card, better to purchase a Class 2 (A2) microSD card that has at least 16 GB of storage.
