I create a powerpoint presentation, save as an MP4 and upload as an asset, but once it goes through the slides, there is a pause of a black screen before it repeats.
What am I doing wrong?
@Joyce Could you confirm other assets like images works fine and only the MP4 generated from the PowerPoint have the issue?
When I use screenly and dlinx outreach platform, all work good but when use b4x platform it sometimes blinks and sometimes totlly go blank. What is the issue?
